1. Shipping Policy
Shipping Charges
We aim to keep shipping affordable and fair. For packages up to 500 grams:

Canada: Shipping varies by province. We ship from Vancouver, BC, and costs increase with distance. Post-COVID rates and fuel surcharges from Canada Post are factored in, but we strive to keep them at or below Canada Post pricing.

USA: Flat rate of $10.99.

International: Starts at $15.99 and varies by country. Some exclusions apply. Heavier orders may require additional shipping fees, which we may cover depending on order value.
Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours via Canada Post Small Packet Air.
📦 Tracking Policy
Tracking is available for orders shipped within Canada only.
For shipments to the USA and international destinations, tracking is not provided. Canada Post charges a high premium for tracking, which often exceeds the base shipping fee. Based on our experience, tracking has rarely assisted in locating lost parcels, and we’ve found it to be an unnecessary added expense.
Because of this, Avatar Marketing does not offer tracking or insurance for U.S. or international shipments.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Estimated delivery times from Vancouver, BC:

International: 2–6 weeks, depending on destination and local customs
Please note that these are estimated timeframes provided by Canada Post and may vary due to postal service conditions or seasonal delays.
2. Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below:
Return Conditions:

Contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without a RAN will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returned items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Replacement of the product

Refund to the original payment method (minus shipping and restocking fees)
Damaged Shipments:

Contact us immediately and provide photos.

We will send a replacement if damage is confirmed.

Keep the damaged item until we confirm it can be discarded.
We are not responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.
